I’ve had a keen interest in renovation and construction since I was a small child. My very first project was finishing the basement of my parents’ home. I remember not having a car and carrying each piece of wood on my shoulders from the local lumbar store to my house on the Danforth. That was a long time ago and, this is how it all started.


I’ve always had a passion for creating beautiful things. I love designing and making something new from something old again. My creativity coupled with the right schooling landed me in the Real Estate Industry. I am a licensed contractor with the City of Toronto as well as a Registered Home Inspector.


For all of my clients, I can offer my expertise on how to get the most money for your home by doing a few simple renovations before listing your property.


Given my knowledge about how homes are constructed, it was the next natural step for me to get accredited as a Registered Home Inspector. I breezed through the courses and am fully equipped and thoroughly familiar with the building codes and can build a house in my sleep. As one of my clients put it, “I have concrete in my veins.”

HOME INSPECTION:

As a Certified Home Inspector, I am committed to providing you with a professional, unbiased evaluation of the property you intend to own or sell. My expertise in this field will enable me to give you a point-by-point assessment, which will ultimately help you in making a confident decision to buy or sell the property.

My background is quite extensive in that I have expertise in general contracting. By this I mean that I can build, renovate, repair anything related to a structure. What this means to you is that not only am I able to give you a professional house inspection, but that I am also able to let you know the deficiencies in the property and what would be involved to fix or repair the deficiency.


BUYING A HOME:

When buying a home, I will accompany yourself and Leila to the showings and will do a visual inspection of the property and discuss with you in detail any deficiencies which may exist. This information may make for an excellent negotiation point which can assist Leila in the negotiation process of the purchase of your dream property. If I find any major structural deficiencies, I will counsel you to stay clear of the property. It’s just that simple. With me by your side, you can be rest assured that you will buy your home with confidence just because……we have your back!!


SELLING A HOME:

When selling a home, I will prepare a pre-listing home inspection on your property and provide you with valuable information about the state of your property. I will also give you advice on what repairs should be dealt with before putting your home on the market. I will complete a detailed report which will include photographs, diagrams and factual information. This report can be confidently placed on your coffee table for potential buyers to view. The benefit to buyers will be that they will feel reassured when putting in an offer on your home as they will have had a chance to look through the inspection report and familiarize themselves with your house. This added service is another part of our concierge package designed exclusively for you—our most valued customers.

Anchor My credentials include being an Associate member with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAPHI) “Established by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Act, 1994.” I am pleased to be part of a group of professional Inspectors whom have to adhere to strict standards of practice.
